Pixel8Labs built a claim-to-auction mechanism for Berachain’s non-transferrable governance token, enabling efficient price discovery and asset trading.

The Challenge

A core ecosystem asset couldn’t be freely traded, so there was no way to discover its market value. Holders needed a way to extract value, and buyers needed a way to acquire exposure.

Our Approach

We designed a high-frequency auction mechanism that enables price discovery and trading without violating the asset’s constraints. Built the auction flow, user-facing frontend, and integrated with yield-generating vaults.
