A new ecosystem was launching with massive momentum but zero infrastructure for projects to raise funds and go to market. The window to become the default launch platform was narrow, and nothing off-the-shelf would work.

We partnered from zero: designed the business and incentive models, built the full application from scratch through security audits, integrated with the ecosystem’s native exchange for post-launch liquidity, and operated the platform end to end — actively helping source and onboard projects.
